Centro

 Centro- basically downtown. 

In the beginning I hated Centro. It is smelly, dirty, busy,loud, disorganized and overwhelming. But I have come to love it.

Once you know the lay out it is very easy to navigate and well, anything you can ever possibly need can be purchased there at extremely low prices. So if you can just block out the people yelling at you mami, mami, mami and you have a focus it can be a rewarding experience. Plus it is five minutes (walking distance) from my house, which makes it even that much more convenient. 

We have been looking for a mask and snorkel for our trip to the river of five colors, we went to a special diving store and they were selling them for 80 bucks! So we needed a trip to centro we were easily found one for 15 bucks.

We also brought our ink cartridges from our printer and had them refilled for 3 bucks (those catridges in the states are so pricey!) We loaded up on roasted nuts and dries fruit, got Aaron 6 pair of socks for 5 bucks and didn't even have a melt down from the chaos- I think we are adjusting.
